Official UP Gov Notification - PARIVARTAN Scheme for Delhi-NCR Vehicle Scrapping
Exemptions on motor vehicle tax (100% on new, 50% on pre-owned for 10 years), 100% waiver of registration fees, and waiver of pending tax liability of more than one year for commercial vehicles scrapped at authorized RVSFs in UP NCR districts.
Notification No. 6/2026/599/XXX-4-2026/30-4010(001)/4/2026 issued by Parivahan Anubhag-4, Government of Uttar Pradesh under the signature of Archana Agrawal, Additional Chief Secretary. Applicable to 08 NCR districts of UP for BS-I, BS-II, BS-III, and BS-IV trucks/buses replaced with BS-VI or electric vehicles.
